DRUZHBA NARODOV LLC successfully operates on its main means of production – on land. It is the leader of agricultural crop production in the Crimea among agricultural enterprises that covers 20,000 hectares of land. The highest culture of agriculture among Crimean farmers has been observed on company land for several decades. The technologies taken as a basis 20 years ago are successfully used. They are modernized and improved, becoming modern, but the basic agricultural techniques remain the same. Starting with land cultivation with modern imported equipment, using mineral and organic fertilizers (the organic matter is in a priority), careful control over the seedlings and growth of crops, and finishing with harvesting — everything is built in a year-round cycle. Due scarce irrigation, enterprise agronomists introduced a dry upland crop rotation 3 years ago. And they achieve good results.
